i used my credit cared. also listed a doctor's name and address....they

don't check.

I have MANY times..it is fine. I put my own doctor's name, but they

never check it, they just put that there to protect themselves with

Customs about exporting prescription meds. You can put one out of

the phone book even.

we all decided to write in " Dr. Astrodiana " - hahahaha - since she is the one

who is leading THIS pack! ;o)

(i really did not do that, but was tempted.... says she knows the woman

anyway...)

What we did a couple of years ago was e-mail Emms directly.

We put half of our credit card number in an email and the other half in a second

e-mail (along with expiration date) and asked her to confirm receipt of the

emails.

I don't know if she still will do this since there in an online system now, but

you may be able to contact her through the site to ask.
