Saunas aren't that much fun in the hot summertime. Since we are

constantly perspiring, through insensible perspiration, exactly what

does a sauna do for you (mercury wise) that natural perspiration

doesnt do?

Andy has warned against using FIR saunas but noted Heavenly Heat as

an exception on the autism list about 1 month ago.

Another exception he mentioned are the sauna lamps you put in your bathroom.

I believe he was referring to the THMI ones, which are $150 apiece

You're supposed to use two to get the full sauna effect. I'm on the waiting

list for them. With about 5 or so more orders THMI will put the order

through (they have to order in bulk). I chose these specifically because of

the price and the fact that Andy mentioned he thinks they are probably fine.
