Guest guest
Hi Fran, Wow! that sounds like a great deal. Unfortunately, I've never heard of " save-on " stores. But I'm gonna check out Sam's this weekend, and our new Walmart Supercenter too, and see what I can find re: nuts. Guest guest
Hi Bron. Save-on is a pharmacy. I thought they were everywhere. Maybe not. They also have diabetic candy there too. I tried stoffers peanut butter cups They were ok. But not as good as the real ones. Most diabetic candy does not taste the same to me so I dont get it often. fran Duct tape is like the force. It has a light side and a dark side, and it holds the universe together. Guest guest
Hi Fran, Oh, I see. (OIC.) Wouldn't have known that otherwise; thanks for informing me about what Save On actually *is*. As to the candies not tasting " the same " (as regular candy), I have no doubt that this is so; they are all filled with aspartame. or Splenda. How could they possibly taste 'real'? Not even Stover can accomplish that magical feat. To paraphrase Gertrude Stern--and that, quite badly!-- " aspartame is aspartame is aspartame " , ditto for Splenda...and never shall be anything else. Guest guest
" Save-On " is the name of a chain of drug stores here in California. I don't know how far east of California the chain extends. > Unfortunately, I've never heard of " save-on " stores.
