this is out of Paavo Airola's book, Every Woman's Book...

During pregnancy and lactation...

Vitamin C- 1,000 to 1,500 mg. which equals 1 to 1.5 grams.

On a side note regarding goats milk...he states, Pasteurization damages the

quality of proteins, fat and minerals in milk, and destroys vitamins.

Homogenization breaks up the cream globules into tiny particles which then

permits an enzyme in the cream, xanthine oxidase (XO), to enter the blood stream

through the intestinal wall instead of being excreted from the body. XO damages

the tissues of the arteries and heart, and the body reacts by raising the

cholesterol level of the blood.
