Guest guest
Thanks for the report on Blood Pressure. Both my numbers have lowered and the diastolic is quite fine but the systolic is still too high for me. It is not super high but too high even on my wrist monitor. Have you seen any article about the relationship between exercise and lowering blood pressure? I see that the word (significant) popped up in your quote. I suppose " significant " coupled with " obvious " would translate to large, but it's disappointing that writers don't quantify results. In the same article was another " significant " ambiguity. I quote: << High intakes of olive oil, vegetables and fruits were significantly associated with lower systolic and diastolic blood pressure. >> Despite my " significant " complaint, it's fair to point out that I have obtained very useful tips from HSI , and continue to read the newsletter. I might say with grain of salt, but I'm on a low sodium diet at present <G>
Guest guest
Those of us who are taking bp medications to protect our kidneys may find we are reaping a host of other benefits. There is also more than one way to lower bp according to HSI A blood fluidity study conducted in Germany showed how a consumption of olive oil and chopped onions lead to a significant decrease in blood pressure. And the effects were obvious within just one week. , have you seen this? Helen
Guest guest
, Does it cost anything to get the HSI paper or magazine?
