Guest guest Posted July 15, 2004 Report Share Posted July 15, 2004 I just bought these - and I was wondering about that - as my dr. started me on blood pressure meds - I've only taken it a few days now, and checking my bp - and It hasn't affected it - yet - I didn't buy a lot of it, in case I couldn't take it, or if it didn't end up working. I used to take a licorice pill - and that didn't affect my blood pressure. so I'm hoping this doesn't either. Crossing fingers and toes! Today I was at 121/80 and my pulse was up to 80 - The dr. is trying to get my bottom number lower. I personally think, from what I've read, that if she gives me more armour, and gets the thyroid meds better, the bp will get better. but - I can't tell her that!! my numbers haven't come down since I started the meds - but - I haven't had any of the high number episodes either.
