I know I know I shouldn't have done all the baking. But do I hurt today. Keep telling myself I can put on new patch tomorrow. It seems when they run out they run out in a big way. Took toby for his walk went down by the river it's high and moving fast. More rain expected today. I think I will start a new quilting project to keep my mind off stuff. I just need to say I'm hurting cause no one around here knows. I'm kinda upbeat person around others but when I'm alone in apt. I think you all know what I'm talking about. Those quite moments you are by yourselves. Picture this a sweater on with airconditioner running. Make sense?Dawn i do hope you are feeling a little better today and the fever going down. Have to catch up on rest of e-mails

Laurie,

I often overdo things when I am having good days and it does catch up with me sometimes the next day or 2 days after. Doctor keeps reminding me to pace myself better, easier said than done when I have a good day I want to make the most of it.

Yes, when the duragesic patches run low or out it feels like a thunderstorm sneaks up in my body.

We've had the central air on since Saturday as it has been so hot and humid, I just keep a blanket close by.

Take care and hope you are feeling better.

Dawn,

Hope your fever is down and you are beginning to feel better also. Take care of yourself!

Hoping for Pain Free Days,Sandi

Doing better today. Gotta find a balance as they tell me. Which is easier said

then done.

What part of the world do you live in If you don't mind me asking?
