Hi Judi,

I'm sorry that life is throwing you a lot of curves lately.

What's nice about this group is that we all have the same common idea, to

lose weight, and feel good about it.

When I lose 50 pounds I'm getting a new wardrobe! I'm 5'8 " weigh 215 now...

down 3 bls though since Monday though! When I get to 165 I'll have to work

on it again, but that will be a nice feeling of accomplishment.

Good luck, and Hang in there!

Jackie

Hi Judi,

Gee I'm sorry if I came across testy. All I did was agree with Lyndia about

wanting that small swallow of coffee in the morning and all at once I got

bombarded with posts telling me how wrong that was.

I got to admit I was a little out of it last night. My hubby and I lost our

10and 1/2 year old poodle. It was kinda sudden. When I lost him I lost my

best friend, my buddy. I'm still hurting .

But thanks for posting.

Hi Pete..Oh I'm so sorry about your puppy....10 1/2 years is a long time to

have a pet....Yes, stuff like that will certainly throw us off....

As far as the posts, when I read the answer (I didn't know it was from you

yet) I was like, " whoa..who is this! " ..then I saw it was from you and I dam

near fell off my chair.....and then there was another one and I just sat back

and said to myself, " what is happening with Pete??? " . I was concerned as your

posts are always ,as Kathie's are, filled with caring and concern....The ones

about caffine were fighting words!!!!!!! I hope to see you on the chat

tonite...Judi

how sad :( So sorry to hear about that! I lost my dog a few years ago and

never have replaced her. Maybe someday we'll find another one as special.

Hi Judi,

Ok pick out something from someones post that you want to answer them about.

Highlight it. (left click hold while highlighting) Then let off and hit

reply. presto ! up comes the letter you are going to write on with that at

the top. Cool huh?

Pete,

Swimming it the best excersize anyone can get. My Mom has lost weight by

walking all over the pool. the resistance is of the water is very benificial.

Keep paddling!! :o)

Hi Judi,

I'd give anything if we could have afforded the in ground pool. They seem

like they would be much easier to get in and out of. This is one of those big

Kayak pools from New York. you have to climb a ladder to get up on deck then

go down another ladder to get into the pool. I did just this year get a

ladder where you walk like out and into the pool instead of a straight up and

down ladder. It was just too hard for me to pull myself up that ladder after

being weightless in the pool. But climbing any steps is really hard for me to

do, my knees don't want to hold up this big body. (sigh) I hope after I lose

a lot of weight it will subside.
