I used to feel very much the same way, Gail....having typed many WLS

reports including some failed ones with truly horrendous complications.

However, I changed my mind to some extent after reading a wonderful book

by Wilensky.called " The Weight of It " . It's a loving memoir of

her morbidly obese sister and what WLS accomplished for her.
