Guest guest
If you mean those yummy ones, like Peach Melba ,etc from Walmart I love them. Guest guest
I'm not so sure that the sweetener is the culprit because I also bought slightly flavored seltzer water from Meijers (I hate it, but I bought it not knowing this and I felt I had to drink it - bought all they had!) It had no sweetener in it. I still didn't lose weight while using it. It says no sodium, no nothin', yet I started retaining fluids while I was using it in place of some/all water. Maybe the prob is citric acid. Robin Vance rvance@...

Guest guest
I said that, and then I couldn't find it. I put out a plea on my other list, so when someone sees it that has it they will send it to me and I'll forward it to you. It's a real fav with alot of low-carbers. Easy and delicious. It involves raspberry ice (or any fav flavor), cream cheese and heavy cream. Robin Vance rvance@...

In the meantime there are lots of really good recipes on the sites I just sent. I've decided not to go to no-mail on this list. You guys are nice. If my mailbox fills up while Im at work or Mike is here or something, Ill have to do it then, but it will always be just temporary. Robin Vance rvance@... Guest guest
-- The flavored waters I have seen have had lots ofd carbs in them. How about the stuff you found at Wal-Mart? BTW, I live in Chicago, too. It's nice to find another citizen of the Windy City! I made a batch and divided it into 8 servings. It is yummy...tastes like Key Lime Pie if you make it with the lemonade Crystal Light. Guest guest
I can't wait to see that recipe! The greatest thing I've heard on this list so far is to use the Crystal Lite in place of the water in a vanilla shake! That is so delicious! I can imagine a cheesecake using it would be divine too.
