Cappie I think I will try this, not because of LC but because it sounds really

really good. Do you use the same amount of seasonings as with the bread

stuffing?

Those not comfortable with making/eating s bread stuffing might want to

consider a meat stuffing instead.

BTW we are not great turkey lovers in my family & once a year is quite

enough so we used to always have a crown roast of pork for Christmass

which is perfect because you can still have stuffing! Just place the

stuffing in the center before roasting & yummmmm.

Oops forgot to say if using with a pork roast use ground pork in the

basic recipe rather than ground turkey. Usually the crown roast comes

with the extra pork gound up & placed in the center--I use that to make

the stuffing. One can also lower the amount of sausage meat used & up

the veal if you want.
