Guest guest
Hi- My daughter just turned 2 as well, and I have increased her Proefa's to 2 capsules each day. Over the past few weeks, she seems to actually be getting some words! (good approximations, anyway) . She really had no words before turning 2 in January. Just wanted to let you know. Best of luck- Beth
Guest guest
I believe my son was not ready to speak at age 2 years. He had many nonverbal skills to learn before speech was possible. Maybe this is your case? Ian took EFAs for 8 months before our first big language burst at 22 months. Pam > My son just turned 2. Guest guest
Can your son already blow out candles or blow bubbles? Does your son kiss correctly? Can your son suck on straws yet? Can your son imitate facial expressions? If he can't do the above, then he may not be able to talk yet. Remember the oral muscles have to work correctly first before they can talk. It can be very slow. I had one daughter that started talking at 3, and the other one really didn't until 5 1/2. I've seen both ends of the spectrum. The one that started talking at 3 did not have trouble with blowing or sucking on straws or kissing, my other daughter did. Good luck! > My son just turned 2. Guest guest
Correction: first real language burst at 32 months! Not 22. Pam > I believe my son was not ready to speak at age 2 years.
