I found the following statement on a website. If you have any experience with

taking coconut oil, I'd like to know more.

How do you take it? How has it helped you? Is there a specific brand you have

tried?

Pam

Coconut Oil: A-Healthy Choice for the Thyroid

medium chain fatty acids. Also known as medium chain triglycerides (MCTs),

medium chain fatty acids are known to increase metabolism and promote weight

loss. Coconut oil can also raise basal body temperatures while increasing

metabolism. This is good news for people who suffer with low thyroid function...
