I sure hope that all of you had a good weekend and are looking forward to a fun filled week. , I was so darn busy this weekend, that I did not Welcome you to our family here. I wanted to Welcome you and say even though, it is a Disease that bought you to us, I am so glad you have found this group. This is a wonderful place to be but, I suppose you have already found that out. Well I just love Monday's. Both of my parents go to work, and I get to play " catch up " on my e-mails with all of my Critters around me. Oh wow Barbara, is it you who said you have a new " fur kid? " Oh that is so awesome. I hope that each and every one of you in this group find a reason to smile this day. Guest guest Posted May 17, 2004 Report Share Posted May 17, 2004 Thanks for the welcome, I love animals, I lost my "" a couple years ago, I beg my hubby for another one now but he says that he can hardly take care of me, the house and work not alone a dog. He is right, I probably wouldn't be able to take care of one very well. But it sure would be nice when he is gone during the day to have a dog that loves me. But are you able to walk? if so you could let him in and out or get a doggie door.(IF you have a fence) Then all you have to do is feed him and water him. Do u have any close friends they could come every two weeks to bathe the dog.. They can be a bit expensive but their personalities and antics make you smile even if it hurts. When you look at the cost of a fence, a cage and bird would probably be cheaper and it will be a life long friend.
