Guest guest
My liver became saturated with mercury because I was taking too high a dose of ALA. Now it is leaking back into my bloodstream faster than it can be picked up again by the ALA. If I lower the dose of ALA, it sends mercury to my brain because the concentration in the blood is higher than that in my brain. If I stop taking ALA altogether, it leaks out so fast that I believe it is damaging my eyes. I take huge doses of Vit C to protect my tissues, and I drink huge quantities of water so that I can pass it as quickly as possible. However I get this feeling of pressure inside my head. Sometimes the water drinking helps if I can pass it quickly enough. The first time this happened my vision was worse the next day and it did not get better. I believe that the mercury caused a dangerous rise in bloodpressure that is possibly damaging my eyes. I'm not sure, I don't have alot of medical knowledge. Does someone have a better explanation.
