Probably. I had gotten this way too....finally after a couple of months on Armour...I have become much calmer. I noticed being not so nervous during the first month...but it would come and go. Hang in there. Cindi
Guest guest
, Contrary to what Drs may tell you and what you think - you are NOT a nut case!! Another thing you might want to try is taking your full dose in the AM. I know most people benefit from multi-dosing but some people do fine taking 1 dose in the AM. Guest guest
Do you have any other life issues that could be worrying you? Are you taking hydrocortisone for adrenal problems? Have you been tested for this? If this is the case, then the further up you go------Another thought----and this is very important----Have you been tested for anemias of any kind? What are your red cell blood counts, all of them? I need answers > Well folks, this was night number 3. If I got 5 hours sleep, I was > lucky. Guest guest
> Ok, I agree. So should I drop down to 1/2grain a day for a while, or maintain my schedule of 1grain for another week before going to 1 > 1/4grains or 1 1/2grains. Hi . Margreet has given you a wise answer, followed by 's post. It's one we try to tell new folks all the time! I would think you have two choices-----if the insomnia is a big bother, you could drop down to 1/2 grain, and stay there for at least two weeks. Or, if you can live with the insomnia, you could stay on the one grain, but stay there for at least 2 weeks before rising, perhaps to 1 1/4 grains....or the 1 1/2 grains.
