Hi Babs,

Like you, I also talk to so many people, that it is quite difficult to keep up with everyone's personal information. On Wednesday of last week, my Neurontin was increased from 300mg 3x a day to 600mg 3x a day. Also, I was started on a new muscle relaxer called Skelaxin 400mg 3x a day. But besides all of this new medication, I had had a bone scan done on last Wednesday. The radiologist did not tell me that I would experience side effects from the small amount of radiation that was injected into my body three hours before the actual scanning proceedure. I had to call my doctor on Thursday morning to confirm the flu like symptoms, nausea, and diarrhea. He also explained - a day too late - that the increase of the Neurontin would cause severe headaches. I thank you for the well wishes that you have sent me and for adding me to your prayer list. A person really can not have too many prayers. I hope that all is well for you and may God truely bless you in all

aspects of your life.

Hi Kelli, Glad you are feeling a bit better. Those side effects are so bad sometimes. What are you taking that you got side effects from? You probably said but it is so hard to keep everyone apart on here. I will keep you in my prayers. Take care and have a good night.

Hugs,

babs

Hi Kelli, Yes I know what you mean now. Wish those new meds your dr should have really told you all the side effects. But you know what, most of the time when I get new meds I am the one that has to ask the dr or pharmacy about the side effects to get them. Don't know if everyone has that problem, but I sure have. If you do get a prescription then your best bet is to ask the pharmacist. My pharmacy gives those discription papers along with a new med. Well time for bed. Take care and hope you have a good night.

Hugs,

babs

If it's a w/c injury, they should be paying for your doc visits and prescriptions. If you've paid for any, I'd mail or fax them to the insurance company.

Subject: Workman's comp QuestionToday I got a letter in the mail from my ex employers workman's compensation insurance company. Needless to say, I have to fill out some paper work. But they sent me a prescription card and on the letter it said that this was to help me out with my medicine expense. Does this mean that I am gonna be approved for workman's comp? If anyone knows, please tell me.Kelli
