Guest guest
Zephry, What type of dogs to you have. I have a Beautiful Chocolate Lab named Sonny who is almost 2 years old (a fourth of July baby). I also have 6 children ( 14 - 22 years, combined family) who tease me all the time about the fact the I would boot them before the dog! LOL -- Re: introduction , I love your stationary, I am a big dog lover, we have 4 . Zephyr introduction Hello everyone,I just wanted to introduce myself again..I've been coming and going so thought I'd jump back in and say hello! My name is Kelli, I'm 39, married with 2 great kids. I work fulltime as a manager of a travel agency, my job keeps me VERY busy, as do my kids, so I don't get to post much, but I do read every post I can. I find it so motivating and it really helps me to stay focused.Recently I have been wavering between weight loss programs. Low Carb, Somersizing and Weight Watchers. I haven't ever given any of the programs a true test by staying with them long enough to know if they really work or not! I have been so bad. I have about a 100 lbs to lose and I really need to get serious about losing it once and for all! What I've decided is that I'm going to combine the best of both Low Carb and Weight Watchers, which means I'll just incorporate more lean proteins into my diet with whole grains and fruits and veggies, no white flour or sugar. Sounds good on paper, now if I can just DO IT!Thanks for letting me be part of your group. I look forward to getting to know you all.Kelli
