Do they work for you? I do not have any experience with w/c or federal so i am not any help to you there. I have had lots of different types of treatments though. I had a back operation after I got RSD also but I was lucky that my drs did everything possible to not spread the RSD. I had to lay in a 30degree angle for 3 months, only could get up to go to the bathroom and that was right by my bed. Was a real challenge to stay laying all the time but along with the blocks they gave me did work. By the way, nice to meet you. Take care and have a good night.
