I basically know that heat aka sun , hot days elevated temp will cause the patch to release med to soon. It's another thing to keep in mind. I don't handle the summer heat well as it is. I hope and pray that if you must have surgery, that they do it with your RSD in mind, giving you the epidural and proper blocks. Maybe once the pain from that is gone, your RSD will calm down some.
