Gosh you are seeing dead people now! Well that is exciting

Felice,

My sis is a teacher and she just told me a rather interesting story. One of her kids just lost his newly adopted mother to cancer. He did not know this, but the next day the dad was going to turn him over and he was to go to a foster home--he didn't feel like he could cope with it by himself. That night the kid saw his mom and she told him that everything would be okay and to study hard in school. The next day he went to his new foster parents, who live in the country. They go to school in the next town, but the foster mom was willing to drive him to the school he had been used to. We think she came to him in a dream (vision), assuring him, so he wouldn't feel so confused the next day and scared about school. He is in a special ed classroom and would have had to ride at least 30 mi. in a bus to school. It gives me goose bumps thinking about it. I do believe that God gives us "clues" about needing to do

something. There was a lady in our church that twice I should have listened. One time I felt that I should call her and make sure everything was okay. I didn't, thinking she would think I was silly. Later, I found out she about called me that day to take her to the hospital. She called someone else. After her husband died, she was dying of cancer. I was at the hospital doing pre-op work and thought maybe I should go up and see her while I was waiting for bloodwork to be done. I decided I'd just wait until I got done. When I went in to see the surgeon, him and another doctor was talking--and they were talking about her and the fact that she had just died. I should have been upstairs sending her off to Heaven, but I didn't heed the call. Now if I get one of those callings, I GO. I learned from those times. There's a reason, most likely, for getting those notions in our head. Maybe they won't be

dying, maybe they just need to hear from you because they are having a bad day or something. Enough said, I just think God can use our loved ones in a dream or whatever, to convey a message. In the case of the boy, he used his mom to encourage and give him peace about his new situation.

Love,

Hi Stacey,

Too bad you can't sleep. Over the years I have had rough times sleeping too. Sometimes for months or a year at a time. You do sound very anxious. This may be your problem. Have you always been anxious or is it just now since you have RSD or from the meds. There are some meds that cause this so I was just wondering what you think it is from. I take Benadryl for my allergies. It is one of the few things that help me. It does make me tired so I have to be careful not to take too many in one day. I have heard of drs telling their patients to take this before bedtime. Sounds like you need something to really calm you down. Do you take anything for depression, like an anti-depressant. Most of the time those types of pills will help us to sleep too. How about listening to music. I used to do that when my pain was so bad for years. It was the one and only way I could get my mind off of the pain long enough to fall asleep. Sometimes reading does the trick too. All I have to do is pick up a book and start reading at night time and I am dosing off. Hope something helps. Does you dr know how bad this is for you with not sleeping hardly at all? Think I would make this very clear to him. How old are your kids? Mine are all grown, they are 33, 28 and 27 years old, all boys. Sometimes kids understand better than the adults what you are going through. Let me know how old they are. I might be able to help you. I am saying some prayers for you. Take care and have a good night.

Hugs,

babs

- I had forgotten that you had diabetes which I know can result in diabetic neuropathy and serious circulation issues. Sounds like you're caught between a rock and a hard place. If it had to go to the point of amputation, are your docs on top of the RSD stuff ( in terms of doing all of the preventive blocks, etc.) You're in my thoughts and prayers. I'm so sorry that you're going through all of this Barbarafishthatsmiles@... wrote:
