Guest guest
Dear I was so sorry to hear about the death of your mother-in-law, I send my condolences to you and your husband. It sounds as though the next few days are going to be tough going. You asked me whether stress knocks me for a loop and you mentioned Christmas. I don't think I have recovered from last christmas! My partners parents always have a big Christmas and invite all the family. They are getting older, so my partner and I thought we would arrange it for them and take and buy the food etc. They live 200miles away and normally the drive just knocks me out, so having to cook and serve so many people. I can barely cook for myself (LOL). I also dread going to bed. In fact if I stay up all night (because I cannot sleep), I feel no worse the next day! Have you tried anything for your sleep? It is interesting that your T3 goes up after stress, please excuse my ignorance but should you feel better with higher levels of T3. I wonder whether they go up because you are releasing more adrenaline? It is interesting that you were a premature baby too, I have this theory that perhaps prem babies do not have time to make some of the enzymes, that full term babies make. (I know that I have quite of few enzymes missing). I am thinking of you and sending you gentle hugs. love Caroline
