Cindi is it after you've eaten sugar the night before? I used to get hot

flashes from sugar or too much coffee..

I don't really know why... but it's happened to me enough to put 2 and 2

together...I think to our bodies sugar is sugar?

Yep, the sugar and caffeine does make them worse. I drank coffee the whole

time, and I still have a flash now and then. If men had to go through this

stuff, there would be massive suicide. Yeh, they're saying that they do,

but sorry, I don't believe it.
