Hi Jolene, nice to meet you, I'm Lori. Don't be shy here, everyone is very welcoming and friendly, not to mention supportive and helpful. I'm fairly new here too and I just jumped right in and everyone accepted me as if I've been here forever. I'm so glad you decided to write so we can get to know you and try to help. Did you do anything to your knee that started the pain? Is it red or hot to the touch when you are having the burning pain? Sorry about your ankle too, was it hurting like your knee before you sprained it or since you sprained it? Sorry for all the questions, just tyring to get an idea about your knee. That is where my RSD started after I had my last surgery. I look forward to hearing from you again, don't be shy!

Hi Lori, i think i may of twisted my knee about 7yrs ago when i was climbing in a bedroom window to let a dog out of a locked bed room. foot is a lil red but the knee is not red. they are not hot to touch. no, the ankel started to hurt alot last sunday when i fell. its ok to ask questions. i had one knee surgery on my knee 4yrs ago.

Hi Jo, yes i been seeing drs for this, will be seeing a new one on friday, have not been diagnosed yet (they are not sure whats wrong yet), about only treatment im getting right now is ice,heat, and rest and ace wraps...........we also have the same name but i also go by Jolene LOL i really like your name
