Hi TK-

What about reverse osmosis filtering for water? I thought that distilled

water was not good to drink regularly, because it tended to leach

minerals out of the system.

Also, on copper--I've always tested very low copper on hair tests.

Didn't Andy say that hair tests are a good indicator of copper levels?

Does low copper imply " off " levels on any other minerals?

Thanks,

Dana B.

Hi Dagmar,

This does not answer your question but the best way to avoid heavy

metals and other toxins, parasites etc. in water is to distill it.
