I do not doubt that mercury fillings are quite bad for our health. But after

trying one of the other types I am thinking it is a matter of picking your

poison! While they placed the other type of filling I was breathing in enough

fumes from the chemicals they applied to remind me of polyurethaning a piece of

furniture! Then for 2 days after I tasted the horrid chemical day and night. I

cannot imagine that was/is good for me either. I am guessing that they give

about as much consideration to the toxicity of the " white " fillings as they do

amalgam. ( Then, AFTER I had the white filling placed the hygienist told me

that many people have reactions to white fillings in the form of gingivitis and

gum recession.....geez!!!!!!! You cannot win either which way! ) I'm

sticking with mercury for now. At least I can see one hundred years of human

damage around me and not have to imagine what MIGHT be the dangers! :-(

Hi Jay,

I have searched high and low and am not sure as to which web site is

Andy Cutler's.

Would you mind sharing his web site?

Thank you in advance.

Yes, have his book and using his protocol for mercury chelation for

the past 2 years with moderated improvement. I have done about 50

chelation rounds (3 to 5 day periods of using chelators around the

clock). Andy seems to think that it may take about 100 to 120

rounds to clear the majority of mercury from your body and brain.

how did you test for your mercury levels? blood or hair?

another book to buy, huh? This is something I can do on my own? I don't need to

see a doctor or anyone to do this ?
