Guest guest Posted September 28, 2004 Report Share Posted September 28, 2004 Dianne, There's a very simple blood test your endo can do to determine whether or not you're hypothyroid. I take Synthroid for it, and it's just a little pink pill that I take once a day. I hate to think how I'd feel without it. Before I was diagnosed, I was so tired I had to take a nap every afternoon, and the kids could hardly wake me up. I also gained 15 lbs. in a couple of weeks. I've been taking Synthroid for almost 25 years. Sandy ----------------------------- I would like to know more about the thyroid. My endo has suggested that mine might be somewhat underactive.
