There are many things written about optimum thyroid function... if your gland

has not been attacked by disease. A good book is Thyroid Power by

Shames.

I don't think this would be possible if you have Hashi's unless there

is some way to get rid of the antibodies. Once they are done your

thyroid gland is dead. (My endo said 90% of hypo is caused by

Hashi's.)

Before you start make certain to get your antibodies test to rule out

Hashi's.

Hi,

I don't personally know of anyone, but I know of people who are

spending lots of money trying. I personally do not feel that you can

cure/reverse Hashi's, but I do believe that a good diet, restful

sleep, meditation or yoga, and trying to reduce stress as best you can

are important to maintaining good health. We are human, and it would

be next to impossible to follow every regime perfectly, so I do my

best and take thyroid hormone replacement. Good luck to you though.

You will have to let me know if it works for you :).
