A good book is Thyroid Power by Shames. Cindi
Guest guest
I don't think this would be possible if you have Hashi's unless there is some way to get rid of the antibodies. Once they are done your thyroid gland is dead. (My endo said 90% of hypo is caused by Hashi's.) Before you start make certain to get your antibodies test to rule out Hashi's. Guest guest
Hi, I don't personally know of anyone, but I know of people who are spending lots of money trying. I personally do not feel that you can cure/reverse Hashi's, but I do believe that a good diet, restful sleep, meditation or yoga, and trying to reduce stress as best you can are important to maintaining good health. We are human, and it would be next to impossible to follow every regime perfectly, so I do my best and take thyroid hormone replacement. Good luck to you though. You will have to let me know if it works for you . > Hi everyone, > I'm new to this site but not the disease. > > I was wondering if anyone here has ever heard of or knows of someone > who has re-balanced their thyroid? and brought it back to fully > functioning on it's own? > > It makes sense that you should be able to rebalance it by rebalancing > the physical body and maybe the body/mind/spirit connection as > well..and bring it back to a fully functioning gland if it has not > been damaged physically or removed. > > I'm " readying " myself to do this..and fully intend to restore my > thyroid back to it's original natural state :-) > > Any comments are welcome. > > be well and take precious care... > ~Amy~
