The human BREATH is so vital to health that it is so important to

learn more about. :-)

I was where you are...I paniced when first diagnosed, even though I

new something was wrong...I really on some level just thought that it

was raising 5 kids that made me tired all the time. Anyway I wanted

it all to be fixed RIGHT NOW...it was a learning process that taught

me patience and kindness for myself. To not be so damned hard on

myself...be gentle and the body will respond much quicker. :-)

Just a short sideline...my mom, who just passed away June 5th, was

diagnosed with HYPERthyroid about 5 years ago...she lived her whole

life, I believe, with hyperthyroid disease but never knew it until a

few years ago. What she suffered with, in short , was this. She had

the symptoms..with no one to validate her...her heart would

race...she drank to rid herself of the panic and the heart

palpitations...she drank because she had NO ONE who would help

her...she thought she had agoriphobia because of the heart racing,

she became afraid to go out because she wasn't sure how her physical

body would be from one day to the next...so much went wrong...she

became an alcoholic...she quit drinking when I was in 6th grade( and

had remained sober until the day she passed from this world on to the

next journey)...and then the agoriphobia hit and hit hard...then the

panic attacks...all due to, in my opinion her untreated hyperthyroid

condition.

I feel for you when you talk about how many years you went without

having an answer..HUGS.

The Panothenic Acid I got from my Chiro and it has helped

enormously...it is THE food for the adrenals :-)

B-Complex and Vita C are both soluble in water...meaning those two

vitamins are used up in the body..they don't hang around, they are

not and cannot be stored...so you have to be taking them every day if

not twice a day...B-Complex is essential for STRESS!...I ofcourse

recommend Shaklee...but find what works for you :-)

be well :-)

What are you " doing " for yourself tomorrow?
