You should see your doctor about your back. When I stand too long my back will burn like a hot poker in that area. I had it checked out - troubled discs. Guess I'm not 16 any longer. Doctor did give me some exercises that actually did help. Wouldn't it be great if you could see the doctor and actually get some help for this? It could happen, and I for one sure hope it does. Guest guest Posted April 12, 2004 Report Share Posted April 12, 2004 I've recently been suffering from extreme back pain. I don't recall doing anything to injure it.
