Guest guest
How late is too late to have a snack before sleeping, esp if one is a night owl? Oftentimes I do my best studying after one a.m. Am I doing more harm than good if eating after say eleven? Tam --- Outgoing mail is certified Virus Free. Guest guest
I am a night person too, here I am on the computer, posting! I eat my snack late, usually around 11. BG this morning was 105, I am more pleased when it is under 100. However, I take insulin and that might make a difference. Helen
Guest guest
I'm finding that a big serving-spoon size of fat-free cottage cheese *RIGHT* before I go to bed, regardless of what time I go to bed (usually 11 or midnight, tho) helps. I've woken up the last two mornings in the 120s instead of 150s! Now, if only I can get rid of the morning post-prandial spike. I shoot up to about 170-180, and it doesn't seem to matter *WHAT* I eat. High carb/high fiber high protein/low carb/med. fiber... it's all the same. I'm trying a Glucerna this morning :/ SulaBlue > How late is too late to have a snack before sleeping, esp if one is a night > owl?
