Your breast tissue is just returning to non-pregnancy and non-lactation state . When pregnant and breast feeding there is some extra fat deposited in the breast tissue as well as changes within the tissue from preparation and repair of the milk ducts. Most women find that the upper breast flattens -this is normal also the breast can be saggier - also normal because the breast was heavier and fuller and now isn't. -- Best regards, Alison http://www.alisonashwell.com mailto:alison.ashwell@... new work uploaded http://www.artwanted.com/alisonashwell http://www.voodoochilli.net/artists/alisonashwell/
Guest guest
Hey ! Glad to hear from you. is doing fine---I hear from her personally a few times, but her computer time is limited now. As far as the shrinking breasts, it seems to be a phenomena of post- nursing---they loose their youthful firmness, and that makes them appear smaller. I read someone else call it the toll of time and gravity, too. Bummer, huh?! What itching did you have before you got on the progesterone?? That is interesting... Janie > Howdy howdy ladies! I did not have much of a bust to begin with so this is very upsetting to dh. LOL The story is I jsut weaned my baby about 3 months ago. Started OTC progesterone cream about 2 weeks ago and started my period (first since getting pregnant 2 years ago) yesterday. So I am thinking my hormones are whacked and wondering if progesterone is what I need or what. If I need testing I can do that too. Oh forgot to mention the itching which has abated since starting the progesterone. I put the progesterone on hold when I started my period. Guest guest
Honestly, I never got much larger when lactating. I went from an A to a full A cup. I wore the same cup size through out. Couldn't there be something else? I never had this probelm with the other two I nursed. Hello , Your breast tissue is just returning to non-pregnancy and non-lactation state . Guest guest
with my 1st child - who is 22 now - I jumped to B cups to D cups. immediately upon getting pregnant. After he was born, it took about 3 years to get down to B cups again. almost 5 years later, I had my daughter. I shrunk - and even with nursing, I had to buy what was called almost A cups!! I was small for years. then I got more lumps and bumps in my breasts, and was a B cup again. I lost weight, and my B cups were too large- but my A's were way too small. I couldn't find any almost B's anywhere. But I did just find some bras that fit me - about 4 weeks ago. Then - I started on the armour - and my new bras were too tight - I grew again. Figured I was a full B cup again. Last night, we had a pretty good laugh - Thursday my husband's boss ask him to go in his place to a 'ball' that was a charity event. I ran out and bought an evening gown - but I couldn't wear a bra with it. I bought the highly recomended glue on cups. My daughter (17) was trying to help me with them - we laughed and laughed - needless to say, I never did get them on. I was NOT a B cup - there is no way they fit me!! It was hysterical. so - I can't really answer your question - but especially with nursing and hormones, it isn't unusual for them to grow or shrink!! Cris Shrinking Breasts? Howdy howdy ladies!
