Guest guest
I'm surely still learning..... I had a taco bell salad this week, knowing it wasn't *great* for me, but thinking it couldn't be TOO bad. Wrong. I looked on the internet (after I had eaten it, unfortunately), and it had 82 grams of carb!!!! Oh myyyyyyy. No more taco salads for me, I guess. Guest guest
Thanks, Deb! I have all three of those within a mile of my house....and my lifestyle is super busy, so it's so tempting to stop and drive through....and I've not been as bad in the last year as I was before. At Mcdonald's, egg mcmuffins, bacon ranch salad, and ice cream cones are my staples! I don't go to BK much, but occasionally I do go to Taco Bell. I don't think there's much of anything there that would be good! My favorite is Boston Market....if I get the steamed veggies, diet pop, and chicken carver with no cheese, it's doable. Guest guest
I love the Taco bell salad. I just eat the topping with a bit of the beans. And leave the shell for dh. So, he gets most of the beans with it. But 82 wow! I hope my way cuts that out a bit. It should What lies behind us and what lies before us are small matters compared to what lies within us.
