Hi, Kelli . . .

Have you looked into the prenatal vitamins you can buy over the counter?

There IS a difference between prenatal vitamins and a regular vitamin (like

Centrum). The difference is in the levels of Vitamin A and K (and possibly D

I think). These are fat soluble vitamins and are stored in your system, as

opposed to being run through and replenished frequently like water soluble

vitamins. High levels of fat soluble vitamins have been linked to fetal

birth defects. Please take a prenatal if that is what your OB recommends.

Maybe you could break the pill into two peices and take each separately?
