Guest guest
carbs are carbs, if you by net carbs, your sugars will be high. I don't do the CHO counting, that's another thing that the diabetes facility tries to do. It's just too confusing. 15 carbs is 15 carbs 30 carbs is 30 carbs not 15 carbs is 1 carb???? > I count carbs. 15 carbohydrates = 1 carb > Don't worry about " net carbs " ....something else companies put on the > package to read to confuse you. Guest guest
Yeah, I can eat an egg mcmuffin at Macdonalds and be ok. I was a total idiot one time when they convinced me to also buy two hash browns for one dollar. Wow! If you want your bg's to sore like the eagles just try it. LOL. Ken GreyEagle p.s. The hash browns sure were yummy though... -- Maralee Then you're ok and within. I couldn't do that one unless you mean 27g? If the egg mcmuffin has 27g of carbohydrates then that would be 2 carbs for me and within my limits. Sheri
