Guest guest
Well Tonia on this one will help you.......Okay , you get that timer or I will mail you one and you start behaving and mean it right now. You just cannot do this to yourself, your to important to so very many others and besides you can't enjoy this flare so set the timer, then if you get a flare will be because those nasty things just like to pop up and irritate the heck out of us all. Okay, ....you are still speaking to me, right? If so please will you give me some details on what they do for you in pool as I will try it myself this summer if you think it helps. Thanks and really, don't make Tonia send those kids all over the country, they need their rest. Oh and Tonia, that little yellow yelling mouth is just why I would run........... s Momma JoAnn Re: Fibro/ye to Fibro -------Original Message------- But don't worry Tonia I won't overdo it I promise. My daughter was going to write you last night because I overdid it doing some housework. Oops, at least the flare up isn't too bad yet, of course I have to go to pool therapy here in a bit so hopefully that won't be too strenuous. talk to everyone later, S. ============================================================================ Geesh!!! Am I going to have to start bringing the girls to all of your houses to straighten you all out???? YIKES! You are supposed to set a timer .....for 15 minutes. ONLY work those 15 minutes...and then RELAX and REST 15 minutes. Not EVERYTHING has to BE DONE IMMEDIATELY!!! If you don't get it done today....there is always tomorrow!!!! Am I going to have to start keeping a list of all of you that needs a swift kick in the *ss??? lol Tonia ____________________________________________________
Guest guest
I've done pool therapy many times previously for my knee surgeries. Heed their advice and take it really slow. You won't notice the pain until you get out of the water. I remember one time I felt so pathetic, I had to keep holing on to the therapist while walking, I had no balance and was so afraid to put weight on it, so don't feel bad, it is quite normal. Guest guest
, I'm glad that the wedding is over, and am so sorry you are in so much pain now. I hope you will not have to go through that again. I'm sure you will but am going to say it anyway...take it easy today! I'm doing a little bit better today finally from the exam with my rheumatologist but am trying not to type a whole lot today so I can feel a little better for work tomorrow. I hate the time change too...ugh. Anyway, I hope you feel better soon. Lori
