Guest guest
That's very interesting!! I'll have to look the next time I go to WalMart's or the bookstore. Thank you!! Hugs!! Sheri That's because of the gylcemic index of the different foods. Get a glycemic index guide and it will help you make better choices on what will raise your sugar more quickly and what wont. Guest guest
You're welcome, it's a very useful guide. They have pocketsize ones too. I know your chain bookstores carry them. I actually bought mine at K-Mart. Hope you try it and it helps. > That's very interesting!! I'll have to look the next time I go to WalMart's > or the bookstore. Thank you!! Hugs!! Guest guest
I tried this low carb wheat bread (they actually said it was sugar free bread), and did not like it. I will shop around and try some of the others. What brand do you like? > My husband found a wheat bread that is only 7g per slice and it's really > good. They're coming around with some good stuff for us. > > Hugs!! Sheri > > >
