That's because of the gylcemic index of the different foods. Get a

glycemic index guide and it will help you make better choices on what

will raise your sugar more quickly and what wont.

You're welcome, it's a very useful guide. They have pocketsize ones

too. I know your chain bookstores carry them. I actually bought

mine at K-Mart.

I tried this low carb wheat bread (they actually said it was sugar

free bread), and did not like it.

I will shop around and try some of the others.

What brand do you like?
