Guest guest
Does anyone know if it is 2 hours after you BEGIN eating that you test or 2 hours after the meal is officially over? shirleyjean
Guest guest
I was told the latter. Sometimes--Thanksgiving, for example--if one went by the 'two hours after you begin' rule, one would have to excuse oneself between courses! Guest guest
You can test 2 hours after your last bite of that pan pizza. LOL, even an hour later, depending on what you eat and metabolism speed. sjmadewell1@... wrote: Does anyone know if it is 2 hours after you BEGIN eating that you test or 2 hours after the meal is officially over? shirleyjean
