Tut, tut. You know what they say about breakfast being the most

important meal. Are you eating a little breakfast now? I found that

eating smaller quantities, but eating frequently really helped me. And

I find that I do now eat smaller quantities, so I think you are right

that maybe our stomach do shrink some.

If you wake up at noon and eat lunch, isn't that still breakfast

(you're first meal of the day)? You're not skipping anything.

Actually, it is still skipping because that meal I missed in the morning

isn't replaced with anything. I still just have lunch, dinner and snacks on

schedule.

Hi Aazari,

Actually, its important that you have something to eat within a couple of

hours of waking up. I find it really helps with the liver dump, but I get

up around 5am and eat around 9am, usually a piece of toast with peanut

butter and a sugar free jam, and a cup of tea. And I had to force myself to

eat breakfast - I was used to snacking all day, and then having a meal in

the evenings.
