You know what they say about breakfast being the most important meal. Are you eating a little breakfast now? I found that eating smaller quantities, but eating frequently really helped me. And I find that I do now eat smaller quantities, so I think you are right that maybe our stomach do shrink some. Amber
Guest guest
If you wake up at noon and eat lunch, isn't that still breakfast (you're first meal of the day)? You're not skipping anything. > > > Half the time I was > > skipping breakfast altogether and eating just a small lunch. > > > > Aazari > > > Tut, tut. You're not skipping anything. Actually, it is still skipping because that meal I missed in the morning isn't replaced with anything. I still just have lunch, dinner and snacks on schedule. Guest guest
Hi Aazari, Actually, its important that you have something to eat within a couple of hours of waking up. I find it really helps with the liver dump, but I get up around 5am and eat around 9am, usually a piece of toast with peanut butter and a sugar free jam, and a cup of tea. And I had to force myself to eat breakfast - I was used to snacking all day, and then having a meal in the evenings. mary At 01:44 PM 10/22/2004, you wrote: > > If you wake up at noon and eat lunch, isn't that still breakfast > > (you're first meal of the day)?
