A web page? A list of menus? Hi Tarly, There are groups that are recipe/meal related. People will tell you what they eat. Some people do the exchange, others count carbs, some eat anything they want in moderation. The bottom line is you have to eat then test to find out what will work for you. hugs Eunice

That's hard at first, but gets easier as you go along. Amber
Guest guest
Personally, I'm finding that cutting out nearly all processed sugar is helping immensely. But then my diabetes was pretty much caused by me drinking 1-2 2-liter regular Cokes a day for years. I actually had to add in a few slow burning/ natural carbs because I wasn't getting nearly enough once I dropped the Coke off the menu and was headed for ketosis. So far balancing things out seems to be working wonders along with some exercise. I actually FORGOT my meds last night and woke up this morning with a BG of 107. *happy dance* Still trying to figure out how to keep the weight from flying off so fast, though. 198 lbs this morning by our scale... another 5-6 pounds in just a couple of days 0-0! And that without trying. It's cause for concern as I have a bad heart valve and such drastic change isn't good for it. Aazari The Art of Jolie E.
