Guest guest Posted June 15, 2006 Report Posted June 15, 2006 What is a protein train? I am sure I will be in on it. hahaha Especially if it helps me to get more healthy! Guest guest Posted June 15, 2006 Report Posted June 15, 2006 Hi SHauna! A Protein Train is a one week or less " diet " of only protein shakes and plenty of water. It helps jump start weight loss or retrains our pouches when we have been carbing out or off track with our food intakes. It kinda detoxes us. And it helps break up a plateau! The LOSERS Protein Train leaves the station on Monday!!! Guest guest Posted June 16, 2006 Report Posted June 16, 2006 Is it wise to do this Protein train pre-op as well? I am having an extremely hard time losing any weight since I quit smoking on April 1. They are submitting my paperwork to insurance, and I have an appt next week with the surgeon.....Im just scared that I haven't lost any weight and they are going to say forget it. What should I do???? Guest guest Posted June 17, 2006 Report Posted June 17, 2006 I know, I have to buy some too, but I was just going to go to walmart and buy some unflavored kind and add what I wanted with it... I found a shake used with yogurt, is that ok for this thing on Monday? Shauna wrote: Robyn, I've been meaning to ask, what kind of protein shakes do - did you all use starting out? Guest guest Posted June 18, 2006 Report Posted June 18, 2006 Well, I'm a little slow at all of this. I have my 4th appt. with surgeon this week, and I just ordered some protein samples from Vitalady. Gonna see when those come in, but count me in the next one ) Thanks, Molly > > > > Who else is up for this Loserville Station? Guest guest Posted June 18, 2006 Report Posted June 18, 2006 I actually already jumped the train. I started today. I started my day off with a new to me flavor (mint chocolate chip) and I loved it. I went to the comissary and bought a bunch of sugar free DaVinci syrups to change the flavor of my vanilla shakes. Mar > > Well, I'm a little slow at all of this.
