Sorry, you used the powdered from of what? Out of context like this, I can't get it straight in my head. Did the powdered form of whatever you took work for you? Is yeast gone?

Good grief, what CAN you eat? Wouldn't it be easier to reintroduce one thing in each of those groups at a time - trying to find the INDIVIDUAL culprits? THen you wouldn't have to work with such a restrictive diet.

Mixed it with water. My burning went away.HOWEVER. I went off of the diet completly and the burning came back. SO now I try and stick to a dairy free, corn free, yeast free, processed food free, food dye free, natural flavor free and preservative free diet. If I vary from that for several days in a row, I will get symptoms again. ALthough they are very mild..where as 4 yrs ago I wanted to die I was burnging so bad. I never get flare ups that bad. ever. (knock on wood). So basically i can control this...and go for months on end with out ANY BURNING OR ITCHING. If it comes back, its because I am not sticking to my health regiment. *****END OF MESSAGE/REMOVE WHEN REPLYING*****http://groups.yahoo.com/group/VulvarDisordersto search our archive or view our files.***

Do you eat carbs at all? When I went on a gluten free diet I lost

tons of weight, but I think I was restricting carb intake too much.

I was actually eating more, but more of meats, vegetables, protein,

etc. I was still losing weight. I don't eat a lot of carbs, but I

do need to eat some, otherwise I would weigh close to nothing! I eat

sweet potatoes, rice, rice cakes, corn tortillas, gluten free granola

(which is brown rice and flax), gluten free pizza, etc. for my carb

intake.

umm.. I hope this doesnt sound rude, but what CAN you eat? im doing the

oxalate diet and i feel a lot better, but i get really frustrated sometimes

b/c i feel like im not eating enough variety. Im not that fond of

vegetables, and ive started craving them!! Thats defintely never happened

before. Do you feel like you have to eat the same foods all the time?
