Guest guest
Message edited by modertor For breakfast I just open a can of water-packed tuna, rinse some of the sodium out, drain, eat it with a fork while washing each swallow down with the milk. Satisfying once it's down, and controls appetite and reaction to stress all morning. Excellent breakfast for weight loss. Also controls low blood sugar and high blood sugar (though if I'm working hard in the morning at my office job I may need a snack). Guest guest
I don't eat much bread at all, and when I do it is usually rye. Re: Tuna and milk Are many of you skipping the bread group at breakfast?
