Tuna and milk

For breakfast I just open a can of water-packed tuna, rinse some of

the sodium out, drain, eat it with a fork while washing each swallow

down with the milk.

Satisfying once it's down, and controls appetite and reaction to

stress all morning. Excellent breakfast for weight loss.

Also controls low blood sugar and high blood sugar (though if I'm

working hard in the morning at my office job I may need a snack).
