And 's is (marginally) more healthy than McD's.

He at least was a likeable spokesperson, and was very involved with

children's charities, and adoption issues, as he was adopted as an

infant,

Problem is, BK makes me literally sick to my stomach. Every time I have

eaten there I spend the next 2 days in agony. (It isn't just one restaurant

either, it is all of them no matter where...)

's chili is very lean as far as fat goes...but then, there is the salt.

I used to love the BK Broiler chicken sandwich, but the days of large sandwiches

have ended. I don't order sandwiches anymore. The bun and meat patties are way

too big for my carb and fat allowances.

For MD....I get the Cesear Salad--grilled chicken option, and not use the

dressing...since it contains too much fat and other calorie wastes. It fits.

I have even heard tell that Dr Atkins' own diet gave him a heart attack.

Don't know how much truth there is, but it certainly is " food for thought " !
