Pt. relates a history of a few weeks ago driving on a long trip without cruise control. Pt. states that her foot was in a plantar flex position for several hours. Pt. states that she got out of her vehicle to walk she could hardly put pressure on her right foot. Pt. points to the medial ankle and lower leg area of the anterior tibial tendon *S/L 'corp' or 'course' but I really don't hear an s sound. Thanks.
