I buy frozen packages of spinach, and defrost them, and make a peanut

sauce

with peanut butter and a little satay sauce - and its delicious - its

served at all the japanese restaurants, not sure what its called

From the USDA website Spinach has per cup 7 calories, 1.05 g carb, .08 g

fiber

I love spinach... raw and in a salad...

Thai restaurants call it either Swimming Rama or Swimming Angels. I

tend to get it with tofu, but it is also served with chicken.
