plantar grade foot

Hi,

Sounds like the doc is saying plantar grade foot -- would this be correct?

This is a young man who is status post foot reconstruction. He is doing

well.

PHYSICAL EXAM: He has a plantar grade foot. Skin is in good shape. AFO fits

him nicely. We can bring his foot about 5 degrees above neutral.

Yes it would be correct. Plantar gradee means pointing

toward the floor or downward. Susie
