Guest guest Posted November 6, 2001 Report Share Posted November 6, 2001 I instructed parents to go ahead and increase her Zantac up to 0.54 mL t.i.d., to keep her at 5.5 mg/kg/day. Does this sound right? These ALWAYS confuse me. - can someone help me with conversions here so I can better understand this (from mL -----> mg ?). Or ... perhaps direct me to good ref for this.
